It's good if you're on a budget
Customer service was so-so. There was a dead bird a few steps away from our storage which is "indoors." I use that term loosely since there is about an inch of wood in between the outside and my storage wall. It is not temp controlled. Also, its an extremely confusing layout. It took my fiance and I about 15 minutes to find ours and we got lost a few times making trips back and forth from the Uhaul.
National City Storage is "Five Star".
The "Staff" is the number one criterion for making National City Storage so positive.
Great place & people i would come back here if its nessary in my future.
