"Communication needs to be better so that people know that the $49.00 units are upstairs and only for light items. Dangerous to climb a moving staircase. I've been told that will be taken care of. Also, after going into the office to rent my 5x10 unit, I was told that I would have to move out in 2 months because of upcoming construction. None of that was mentioned before and the office staff said they thought it would be a couple of years. So they are not properly informed in a timely manner either.
It actually worked out for me because as it turns out, all my belongings wouldn't have fit into the 5x10. I picked a 15x10 I believe, and it just barely fit all my belongings. I did get a senior discount which helped."

Mixed experience
Communication needs to be better so that people know that the $49.00 units are upstairs and only for light items. Dangerous to climb a moving staircase. I've been told that will be taken care of.
