"Rented Unit A1 for about a year, stored our household furniture, and personal items in it. When we moved out, we discovered our furniture was moldy and damaged from water. We lost approximately $5000.oo worth of furniture and personal belongings. Owners were non-responsive about the issue. I would leave my furniture out in the rain on Magnolia Avenue in Knoxville, before I would rent from this place."

Do Not Rent here---Major Water and moisture damage
Rented Unit A1 for about a year, stored our household furniture, and personal items in it. When we moved out, we discovered our furniture was moldy and damaged from water. We lost approximately $5000.oo worth of furniture and personal belongings. Owners were non-responsive about the issue. I would leave my furniture out in the rain on Magnolia Avenue in Knoxville, before I would rent from this place.

Beat up
The lock outside was rusty and difficult to slide into position so that we could securely lock the unit. We finally did but it took maneuvering.

rusted lock
The lock was difficult to line up bc it is rusted out. Took a long time for us to adjust the slide lock so that it went all the way through which enabled us insert our lock.
