"The parking lot is at a slant, annoying when it's 115 out and you already feel uneasy on your feet. Nobody told me I needed TWO locks for my storage, no biggie really just another task on this hellish move. It's sooooooo freaking hot out(Our fault for moving in July) and there's absolutely nothing you can do. IDK what review I'm supposed to leave. Not mad but not happy. 🤷‍♀️"

Treatment of your consumers is a big deal. It's called customer service
Place was great to deal with. But had a issue with the door to the the storage unit would not close. Was advised that they could transfer My stuff to another storage unit. Was not interested in taking the stuff I had just got done putting into the unit and having to even suggest on me removing my stuff and moving it to another storage unit in a 105 degree weather was unacceptable.
Ended up getting the storage unit door closed.
Sometimes you have to do what is right for your customers.
