I just got the unit but so far have had a good experience. The customer service is good and it was clean and accommodating.

Easy online reservation
The first month free promo is great not to mention the prices are right and you don't need a credit card to reserve.

Great facility
This is my first time using a storage facility so I do not have anything to compare it to, but from my experience so far it has been great. The front desk attendant was very friendly and showed me around the building. There are plenty of access points to get in, elevators, carts, etc. There are also restrooms in the building.
