Horrible!!!!
I did everything online! Has to pay an extra $20 for a lock even if I had my own I had to pay the $20 up front for there’s. That’s ok, but I get to the unit and the lock does not fit the unit. It’s been days now my stuff is not locked correctly. Due to my work schedule I can’t seem to get anyone in the office. They told me they can’t put a correct lock on to prevent my stuff from getting stolen until I give them the other lock. This is there mistake. Unfortunately it isn’t very easy to just go to this storage with my work schedule and it being 30 min away from me. It’s just frustrating is all. Plus the ceiling is coming down and for clinic controlled it feels hot. I also didn’t see any carts.
