"It tools days of trying to reach the company by phone just to confirm my registration.
I finally showed up on the day of my scheduled move in to discover there was no office and just a phone number on the sign.
Luckily someone finally answered the phone on my move in date and I was able to get into my storage locker. I wish I remembered his name that Saturday (June 3rd) as he was really helpful. Just a shame no one ever returned my calls after the voicemails I left."

Phone service could be a bit better
It tools days of trying to reach the company by phone just to confirm my registration.

What I like about Prestige Storage.
I love the way it notifies me when someone is there that shouldn't be there.
very clean, I feel safe when I'm there because I see all the security cameras.
I highly recommend this storage group.
