HUGE Price Increase

I signed up for a 10 x 5 storage unit on 3/13/24 for $40/mo and was told by the manager at the time that increases occur about every 6 months and normally no more than a 15-20% increase. 3 months later I receive an email that effective August 1, 2024, that my new rate would be $89 a month. That's a whopping 120% ONE HUNDREAD AND TWENTY PERCENT Increase. I could have been okay with even a 30 to 40 % increase but not 120%. I love the facility and location and I knew that their prices were below their competitors, and was hoping that they would stay below them, but they have decided to Go to the Creedy Side. They also no longer have a site manager on site. Instead have gone to a walk-up KIOSK where you are connected to a call center for assistance. That's not what I call customer service.

It was Ok.

Everything was great! One recommendation, purchase newer and more moving carts! Because there were only a few and one was broken. It slowed me down moving in because other people were there also using the few carts that were available.

I would like to put some more of my things in storgage but you are close
