Nice place
I have been very well welcomed by the Manager Jean. He explained me everything and even showed me physically how open the locker, order the elevator, etc.

Elevator broken
I have not even been able to get more of my stuff on bc the elevator is always down! I was able to initially get my stuff in but then not for a few more days! I have back problems and can’t climb stairs to bring stuff in. No email communication letting us know about it or apologizing for the inconvenience! Annoying to say the least! I also sent my declaration to get the $12 off for next months payment and u have not heard a wolf from anyone! Does anyone monitor the Orlando3 email!!!??

Friendly staff safe clean storage facility
I was very impressed with the care and respect Edwin showed for me and other customers. Although we started my move in process alone others called and came in and Edwin communicated with each customer in a professional manner without leaving me with unanswered questions or concerns. I love the technology used at this facility no one can enter the elevators without use of personal pin once inputted it greet you the entry to the building is the same way but if other customers leave the door open someone can enter but they will be on camera/video. Edwins knowledge is amazing I never felt pressure to rent with this facility even though I did choose a larger unit for the sake of my belongings. Meaning I did not want to cram my possessions into a unit to save money. I definitely recommend this facility you won’t be disappointed but at ease with your possessions being out of your grasp. They also have specials and I like pest control company sprays you don’t have to worry about anyone else bugs finding a way into your belongings.

Great unit, online reservation, great customer service
Good service, good units. Excellent pricing. Only drawback for me is that It’s not 24 hour access.
