"I traded emails regarding my reservation, date, etc. I arrived on Friday at approx 2pm to find a sign on the door saying open with another saying out of office call the number provided. I called - went to voicemail so I left a message. Waited - no call back. Called the 800 number. Had to fill out rental agreement using phone. Four attempts later and I'm in. Only a little over an hour wasted. The onsite manager returned my call at 6pm only four hours later."
