Overall the experience was good. The registration process was not smooth.

Took her time out on her lunch time to complete contract. Excellent customer service.

Great Service, Hidden Costs Not Advertised
Only complaint is the additional $15/month in insurance. Didn’t realize it would be that much every month, will check to see if my renters insurance will cover it. Also didn’t know I had to pay for the $20 lock.
