Unclear instructions
I was given Unit P1 to store my car in, yet there was no parking spots with any sort of number or lettered system. Scam and Poor Response
I would like a call back regarding my refund, as I was unable to access my storage unit due to a faulty door code. At this point, I paid over 150 for a unit I was never able to see or access or use.

I would never recommend this place to anyone.
I made my the arrangements to get the storage online and everything went well. When i was given the storage number that started with a 2 i asked if there was an elevator and i was told there was. When we got there the door was wide open and because it was a Sunday, office was closed if ever there is one at all. The door was wide open with no one in the storage. The entrance was very dirty - filth all across the floor. And THERE WAS NO ELEVATOR!!!!
