I signed up online. Selected my space. Paid online. Within an hour so eone called to confirm and emailed paperwork. Gave me my code and space number. I went over put in my code and gate opened and closed. No problem super easy.

The process was so quick and easy.
I needed a unit right away and this unit was available immediately. I have another unit in another town for 1/3 the price, but there was no unit available there. The facility is clean and easy to access. There are phone numbers to call if there is any problem.

To pricey
No human interaction. To expensive. I have a 10×10 elsewhere and pay less for it than I do for this 10×5.

Great customer service
Very friendly experience. Went quick and easy. Though there were a couple items left in my unit, and no rope for the door, everything else was amazing

I had to make a last minute change for a bigger unit and called and had a quick response back and was able to rent a bigger unit and move in the same day. Great customer service
