This could not have been a smoother transaction! Cheryl was super helpful and informative. She walked us to the unit that we were put into and helped us determine that this unit and the size would not help us. She actually saved us money by advising us to consider the larger unit. So the larger unit transfer was fast and definitely painless. We advised Cheryl that most likely this is only going to be a temporary storage solution for us, and she encouraged us to file the vacancy form now so that we don't get have to make another payment.

Have used this storage place for many years. Not happy that the prices have risen steadily in those years with little or no improvement. Clerk is always friendly and courteous. For our all volunteer organization, storage is a necessity.

We are very happy with not only the location, pricing and cleanliness of this facility but also the customer service. They are always quick to respond to questions whether it be email or phone. Highly recommend!
