Only negative I could think of is elevator wait time when moving large amounts of stuff. Fantastic otherwise.

I chose this location because it is close to my curent address, and my initial interaction with the customer service representative was pleasant. Since completing my unit reservation, the service has been terrible, they are not always available during the posted hours of operation and when they are - they are very rude.
