I had a great experience working with a Jackie. She is very organized and also nice to work with. The entire process went very smooth. Clean facility and easy to access. It is also well lit and safe. I would definitely recommend!

Friendly staff clean facility
Jackie was super helpful in getting us setup for the storage unit that we were in need of in a timely manner. She even provided her cell phone number if we needed to reach out to her after hours. We could not have asked for a better person to assist us in the process! She is always quick to respond and always greets you with a smile!
The only issue I could see being a problem in the future is the security gate is broken. We thought it was to be fixed this week but it appears to still be broken as of yesterday.
