"The Main Access Gate is broken and I called for help but just got a voicemail but I do understand by it being a major holiday but I needed immediate help. But thankfully another customer alerted me, that the gate was broken and directed me to use the gate furthest down which I did. So I did find my storage unit and moved in. I'm very impressed with how the storage units are well kept and I had no trouble with unlocking my unit.
I'm just a little frustrated that the company never indicated the gate wasn't working and to use the other one.

Not notified the Main Access Gate was Broken

Pricing
I have a large storage unit already and I called to get another one. First issue is they couldn’t help me connect my 2 accounts. Second issue is I pay 95 for my storage unit that is huge and got a 10 by 10 as my second one and pay more for the smaller one. Not happy about that. I also called the customer service number and the lady could not help me get my paperwork filled out when I explained to her that I was confused.

Nice storage units
I just rented my storage unit and was very easy to obtain it on- line. Pricing was cheaper than other places i looked at and had no problems getting into security gate. The unit was clean as are the grounds outside, convenient location and seems very secure.
