Unreasonable price rises
I rented a unit for around $270 in 2020, it has increase to $367 in 2021 and $423 in 2022

The staff sets them apart from their competitors. Friendly and efficient!! Very impressed.
Excellent Price, Friendly Manager, & Good Hours
This unit has to be the best price in this part of town. Some of the units are temperature controlled, and they really felt like they were going to stay cool even in summer. Decent part of town, and they offer access for a good portion of the day, so you don't have to come in during the hottest part of the day. Manager was knowledgeable and friendly, she made the whole process quick and easy. We got our reservation on Spare Foot, and it was honored and cut down our time to get set up.

We were able to rent a unit and get moved in. I wish you could punch in the code without having to get out of your car because it is placed on the wrong side.
It’s a good location, and the customer service was exceptional.
My storage was clean, and easy access. It was helped having a cart/dolly available to use to help move my things into storage. I will only now the quality of the temperature control once summer has come. I’m hoping it’s as good as the customer service.
