Good unit. Excellent customer service. But...
I was recently in need of a temperature controlled storage unit. I went on Sparefoot to comparison shop for pricing. I did check the search box for this option. Public Storage had the best price. Due to the size of what I was moving in, I went in advance to make sure the unit would work for my needs. Upon arrival I found what I had reserved was NOT a temperature controlled unit. The staff at Public Storage was amazing. Although I was disappointed that what I had reserved wasn't what I needed, we switched to a slightly higher priced unit (still the best price) that was temperature controlled that offered the type of door to the unit which would work better for my needs. This is a new, clean facility. Customer service is top notch. I just recommend confirming your needs even after booking. I'm unclear if the mistake is on Sparefoots end or Public Storages.

They generously held a unit and the price quoted for weeks for us. That was really appreciated since we didn’t know exactly when we would be able to get our things to storage.
