Misleading On-Line Pricing
The place is clean and seems to be well lit with ample security. I was surprised with an unexpected $10/month insurance fee. To me this is misleading and I wasn't very happy about it. They tell you what the monthly fee will be online and they tell you that there is a $20 admin fee (which I think is pretty silly since it took 5 minutes to go thru the entire process) but you don't learn that you will be paying an additional $10 per month for insurance. I highly doubt that even half of this fee is actually paying for insurance, it's simply added revenue that is sprung on the customer after they have chosen a storage facility based on price and reviews.

Very friendly and helpful
The online reservation was so easy. The facility was very clean. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this facility.
