Had damage done and wasld by another renter when asked about the damage
Have had trouble getting the bills correct. Was charged for a full month instead of prorated amount

Was broken into and all Christmas ornaments were stolen before Christmas
All Christmas ornaments were stolen right before Christmas manager was very helpful and gave me all the lights that he had from all the other old tenants recommend cameras

Kenny does a great job taking care of the tenants and the property. He takes his job seriously and it shows in how he treats people and by having the units clean and keeping them safe to the best of his ability.
