James a super rude person he decided to have my husband remove his mask confusing him with someone else was super rude and made no sence and was upset because i reported him

Large facility
I rented two units one 10x20 and 10x30. One of the units advertised a 50% off the first monthsv rent but when I mentioned that at the facility, they had no idea about it and did not honor it. So this was false advertising on someone's part. Overall the facility works for me due to the unobstructed entrance fur large trucks.

The customer service is outstanding and definitely elevates the service here! Easy access and love that this location is drive up ! No need to go down narrow halls or other levels to get to the unit. Meets out needs
