"I am writing this bad review is that the young lady Heather was very rude. My deceased ex-husband has a storage there that his family asked me to make a payment on since they are not in town. I asked for a receipt since I USDED my cc and she said rudely, I would have to get him from them, as I stated to her, I do not communicate with that person and I need one for my record, very rude and not helpful. Consider taking your items to life storage so much better customer service."

Bad Customer service

Good company, solid customer service, prices are a bit above other storage units but they reward you for coming back again as a customer.

Perfection
This is the finest facility in Winston Salem. Have rented over 8 years, no complaints whatsoever.

staff has been good - light in unit is not working and as of last night I discovered rats/mouse in my unit - have not talked with staff about this items as of this writing
