Had a great experience here.
Jacob and Omar were very helpful on the phone and in person during my selection and application process. Everything was explained thoroughly. Everyone in the office was professional and efficient.
Excellent Customer Service
The representative was accommodating and friendly. He made the experience very easy. It was raining outside and he went out of his way to help me and ensure I got into the unit. The lock did not fit and he and the other person working went to the unit and changed it out for me. I will refer friends and family to this location.

Great staff, reasonable price and great facilities
This is such a great facility. From the moment I expressed interest, I felt like I was treated well. I was told I had the option to get insurance or send in my paperwork for my own property insurance, which I did, saving me money. They reevaluate the unit fee after six months, so I paid for those months in advance and I'm happy to have my personal property protected for that long without any work from me. I have enough to do with moving the items into the facility.
The staff is WONDERFUL. They're very polite, helpful and make sure things run smoothly. The lockers/storage spaces are very clean and there are handtrucks everywhere you'd need them.
I'm storing a number of items that may require temperature control and that was recommended to me, which was awesome. I'm very happy with this storage unit and the services I've gotten here.
