Superb customer service
From the start the staff here went above and beyond making sure we were comfortable. They explained the terms perfectly. The security of your belongings could not be in better hands. I really did not have to worry about leaving my personal items here. Thank you so very much.
Very polite and helpful manager
Manager was extremely polite very helpful and was kind enough to give me a student discount which was a helpful price cut enough for me to move in the first month. Helped me input my gate code and storage lock number to make sure it worked and I knew how to access correctly to get in the storage facility which was very nice . The unit was clean the whole facility is safe and I feel good knowing my stuff is secure which no problems so far and doubt I’ll have any issues with losing anything to theft which is amazing for Yakima . Would definitely recommend to anyone who’s in need of a nice storage facility .
